You are invited to come for a weekend to journey into spirit through shamanic practices, starting
with the medicine of cacao. Through different self explorations for body and soul, we will journey
into our hearts and find the wisdom within, immersed in the valley's transformative nature.
Practicals:
Friday 21st Arrival:
We will start on the evening of the 21st with an opening and welcome circle at 7.30pm, followed
by a dinner, but you may arrive earlier to accommodate yourself in the space.
Saturday 22nd:
On Saturday we will have a full day starting with a Cacao-ceremony while fasting and continued
with practices and explorations for heart and body. The day will also include longer breaks for
you to relax and enjoy the valley, and meals, starting with Lunch. This day will also include a
short hike up the mountain, so bring good shoes for a trek!
Sunday 23rd, closing day:
For the early birds there will be primal flow excercises, breathwork and coldbath at 8am on
Sunday morning, or else we start with breakfast at 9am, followed by a day of activities and

Offered and held by Alma and Tomás:

Part of the project since the end of 2024, I bring my laughter, voice and medicine music, as well as my knowledge in embodiment and healing. I am on a mission to bring the human back to the body and heart, and you can find me creating in the resonance hub, singing in the mountains, or cuddling with the cats in the valley.

I'm Tomás, born in Barcelona, Venezuela and I've been a true nomad since 2010. I have lived in 8 countries and explored many more, always searching for the truth, always curious, always eager to learn and grow. Like many of you, I am a fan of breaking paradigms and for more than 15 years I have dedicated my life to expansion through education and a variety of practices and disciplines, starting with yoga, tapping, meditation, tantra, conscious sexuality, breath work, primal and animal movement, to name a few, each of which has contributed so much to my well-being, healing and nervous system regulation.
