I'm Tomás, born in Barcelona, Venezuela and I've been a true nomad since 2010. I have lived in 8 countries and explored many more, always searching for the truth, always curious, always eager to learn and grow. Like many of you, I am a fan of breaking paradigms and for more than 15 years I have dedicated my life to expansion through education and a variety of practices and disciplines, starting with yoga, tapping, meditation, tantra, conscious sexuality, breath work, primal and animal movement, to name a few, each of which has contributed so much to my well-being, healing and nervous system regulation. What a journey it has been. I will be at Resonance with my life partner for a few months and I'am super excited about sharing the best and most effective practices I have known throughout my life.
