Scope of Participation
By signing up for this event, participants are booking access to the day activities described in the event information. These activities take place at the locations specified in the description or as designated by the facilitators.
The sign-up does not include general access to the entire Ecovillage Laboratory. Without an additional association membership, participants are not permitted to enter buildings or facilities independently. Overnight stays, use of the community food stock, or access to other shared resources are also not included unless explicitly stated in the event description.
Responsibility and Environment
The stay within the Ecovillage Laboratory takes place under full personal responsibility. Participants understand that they are entering an experimental and nature-based environment, where a communal and ecological lifestyle is practiced. This includes:

Living in close contact with nature.

Using resources and materials provided by nature.

Creating and engaging with natural and artistic constructions.

Developing and applying creative eco-technologies.

Exploring communal living and human interaction within an unconventional cultural context beyond mainstream societal norms.
By joining, participants willingly and freely enter this non-conventional environment with complete personal responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. They are expected to maintain necessary care and precaution regarding their own health, safety, needs, and boundaries.
Extension of Participation
If a participant wishes to extend their stay beyond the booked day participation, they must actively approach our team through the website or in person to request an expanded participation agreement. Without such an agreement, participation remains strictly limited to the scope defined here.
Booking and Payment

The reservation is secured by transferring a non-refundable deposit of 25€.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival and before the start of the event.
Cancellation Policy

More than 14 days before the event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded, with the remaining 50% kept as an administrative fee. Alternatively, the full deposit can be reallocated to another type of participation, if the new booking is confirmed. After such a transfer, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable in the case of further cancellations.
