User Agreement

1. Introduction

   Welcome to the website of the association "Valle de Sensaciones" (hereinafter referred to as "the Association"). The Association, registered under number C18883231, is headquartered at Rambla del Judio s/n, 18448 Yator. 
Our primary purpose is to support an experiential community environment and complementary activities aimed at learning, personal growth, healing, and promoting a sustainable, fulfilling, non-violent, and free eros culture. We also seek to promote rural living in our region.

2. Complementary Business

In addition to the activities of the Association, a coliving service is offered by Achim Burkard, with ID number X4150118K, residing at Calle Arroyo 8, 18448 Yator. This service provides private rentals to individuals involved in the cultural activities of the Association.

3. Target Audience

This website is intended for members of the Association and individuals interested in our activities.

4. Account Creation and User Roles

  • Purpose: Account creation is necessary for correspondence, making reservations, and participating in the community.
  • Registration Details: Users must provide an email address and a user name of their choice. (It is recommended not to use real names.)
  • Account Types and Roles: Upon registration, users become "Registered Users." The Association may assign additional roles such as "Team," "Collaborator," or "Member" based on involvement and contributions.

5. User-Generated Content

  • Personal Presentation and Profile Picture:                            
    • Ownership: Users retain ownership of their personal presentation and profile picture.      
    • Privacy: By default, this content is not public. Users may choose to make it accessible to other members or the wider public after providing explicit consent.
  • Service or Event Offers:                       
    • Ownership: Content related to service or event offers submitted by users is owned by the Association.
    • Public Visibility: This content is public by default.
  • Testimonials:                    
    • Ownership: Testimonials provided by users become the property of the Association.
    • Public Visibility: All testimonials are public and can be viewed by other users and website visitors.

6. Content Provided by the Association

  • Types of Content: The Association provides various types of content, including photos, videos, project information, and event details.
  • Ownership: All content provided by the Association is owned by the Association.
  • Sharing Restrictions: No content from the website may be shared without written authorization from the Association.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: The Association collects personal and sensitive data through forms on the website.
  • Data Use and Storage: Personal data is stored on shared webspace on HostEurope servers. The data is protected and only accessible to the core team members of the Association.
  • Data Sharing: User data is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties.
  • Data Deletion: Users can request the deletion of their data from the running website. However, data may still exist in backup copies.

8. Reservations, Payments, and Refunds

  • Reservation Process: Users can reserve spots for participation in community environment and events through the website. A deposit is typically required to secure the reservation.
  • Refund Policy: Deposits are refundable up to 28 days before the initial date of the reservation, subject to a deduction of a 50 € administration fee. Within 28 days of the initial date of the reserved event, participation, or rental period, deposits are non-refundable.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

  • Content Accuracy: The Association does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the content on the website.
  • Liability Limitation: The Association’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law for issues such as data breaches, service outages, or third-party links.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction closest to E-18440 Cadiar.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through a private mediator. If mediation fails, legal recourse may be pursued according to applicable laws.

11. Amendments and Updates

  • Notification of Changes: Any changes to these terms will be send to all registered users.
  • Acceptance of Terms: Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination of Accounts

  • Termination Conditions: A user’s account may be terminated upon personal notice through the website or by sending an email to webmaster@resonancia.community.
