1. Applicability and Exceptions
The referral program applies to the Moderate and Abundant contribution levels.
It cannot be applied to the Small Budget level.
The Small Budget option is offered only after individual review and is calculated to merely cover essential costs.
Therefore, no additional discounts or referral commissions can be granted on this level.
Small Budget already represents a strongly reduced participation rate, personally offered by our team after review. Accordingly:
- Invitees choosing the Small Budget option are not eligible for the referral discount, nor does their booking generate rewards.

Inviters cannot apply any earned reward or commission to reduce their own participation fee to the Small Budget level.
2. Participation in the Referral Program
Every registered user of the website may use the provided referral links within the Reward or Support programs to invite others. The Generosity and Hosting referrals are only availble for selected users.
Inviters are free to share their links in any way they find resonant, with the intention to attract people who align with the project’s spirit and culture.
All invited persons (Invitees) must go through the presentation process by completing the corresponding application form. Regardless of the invitation, reservations are only accepted from those whom we, after careful review, perceive as resonant with the project and its current group dynamics or events.
3. Validity and Timeline
After someone uses a referral link and lands on our website, they have seven (7) days to register a user account.
During this period, the referral code is automatically linked to the registration, making the referral valid.
If more than seven days pass between link usage and registration, the referral expires.
From the date of registration, users have six (6) months to sign up for any participation or event.
Within this timeframe, the referral discount is automatically applied to their booking.
4. Specific Conditions for the Generosity Program
Within the Generosity Program, users of a referral link must decide at the moment of booking whether they wish to claim the discount for themselves or pass it on to the inviter.
5. Use of Rewards by Inviters
When an inviter earns a reward through a successful booking made by an invitee, this reward can be used within twelve (12) months from the invitee’s booking date toward their own participation. After this period, the reward automatically expires.
6. Visibility of Inviters and Invitees
Inviters can control in their profile settings whether their profile is visible to other users. In case the profile is set to visible, the invitee will see the inviter’s profile after registration.
If the inviter’s profile is set to be visible, the invitee will, after registering, automatically see who invited them.
In both cases. only the following information is displayed:
- Username
- Profile picture
- Presentation text
All other data provided to us remain confidential and is only visible to our Team and the actuall Heart Crew.
Within the Reward Program overview, inviters can also see when their invitees have registered or booked a participation, together with the earned commission or reward related to that booking.
7. Reward Payouts and Use
Rewards are credited only after the invitee’s payment is confirmed and arrival completed.
Cashback payments are made exclusively to the bank, PayPal or Bitcoin account provided by the inviter.
Any transfer or transaction fees are deducted from the reward amount.
Rewards applied toward a future stay are deducted directly from the booking total.
Unused rewards expire after twelve (12) months.
8. Fair Use and Misconduct Policy
The referral program is designed to encourage organic, authentic outreach.
Any form of spam, paid advertising without approval, misleading communication, or attempts to generate rewards through multiple self-created accounts will result in
exclusion from the program and cancellation of all related benefits.
