This website is operated by Asociacion Valle de Sensaciones, a registered non-profit association in Spain dedicated to human exploration in nature and community living. As part of our activities, we manage:
- An Ecovillage Laboratory for immersive experiences in nature and community experimentation.
- A nearby Coliving Environment, privately managed by members of the association, designed for those who prefer greater comfort while still sharing the association’s values.
All participants in the Coliving Environment must be members of the association and are selected through our shared application process.

2. What Data We Collect
We may collect the following personal information through our online forms and communication. Providing personal data is not mandatory, and you may remain anonymous as long as you provide an email address for contact purposes:
- A name - you are not required to reveal your real-world name in combination with the sensitive information we collect.

- Contact data, personal website, and social media links. (Voluntarily)
- Personal motivations, background, experiences, capacities, preferences and needs. (Mandatory)

- A profile picture. (Voluntarily)

- Confirmation to each agreement of our agreement field and related comments.

- To assess your candidacy for participation in our experiences
- To manage membership in the association
- To support the selection process for both the Coliving Environment and Ecovillage Laboratory

- Our legitimate interest in running a safe and coherent community
- Contractual necessity when confirming participation and accommodations
5. Who Can Access Your Data

- The selection team of the association
- Coliving coordinators (who are also members of the association), only if relevant to your stay
- Technical staff maintaining the website, under confidentiality agreement
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
For our newsletter, only your email address is stored and processed using Mailjet, a third-party email service provider. Mailjet complies with GDPR and maintains secure servers for data storage.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your user account with chosen username, email address, profile picture, and optionally a personal presentation text, along with our correspondence on the website indefinitely, unless you request its deletion.
We retain further personal data:
- For up to 24 months after your application, in case you still decide on joining
- For up to 3 years after participation, for legal and community continuity purposes
- You may request deletion earlier (see Section 8)
