Joining the exploration in Valle de Sensaciones
While Resonancia Community primarily comprises individuals committed to participating in entire cycles, we also offer short-term participation in 'Valle de Sensaciones'. Here are the opportunities:

What you will enjoy in our environment
In the Resonance Hub, relish balcony rooms and cozy living-capsules, a rooftop lounge, cinema, high-speed coworking spaces, whirlpool, rain shower, communal kitchen, and bioclimatic architecture for comfort.
In Valle de Sensaciones, experience treehouses, cavespaces, circus caravans, celestial outdoor beds, a spa-glastemple, a moon temple for female empowerment, the sacred medicine-wheel, a natural pool, compost toilets, bonfire place, and lush organic gardens, and much more.
Offering a diverse array of individual spaces
The Resonance Hub offers two distinct options for Coliving members. Each choice entails renting a private space within the Resonance Hub together with the flexible opportunitiy to also enjoy the individual spaces in Valle de Sensaciones.
Pod: We provide 8 capsules, each equipped with a comfortable mattress, flexible lighting, storage cubbies, and shelves, a foldable working desk, and a fresh air ventilation system. When you rent a capsule, you have the option to also utilize another individual space in Valle de Sensaciones.
South Room: We offer four sunlit south rooms, each featuring a balcony, a comfortable king-size bed, a working desk, and a cupboard.
Nature spaces: In the valley you find a great variety of individual spaces: Treehouses, clay houses, cave spaces, caravans, and star beds which can be used for living, spending the siesta or sessions like a massage of lovemaking.
Nutring ourselfs as a community
Basic food is available in all our community kitchens and can be freely used for the preparation of individual and communal meals. It is included in the contribution and gives preference to the products from our own organic garden and products of our neighbors.
Our team, collaborators and the human dynamics
Resonancia Community offers an environment for temporary living, experiences, and exploration. Therefore, you will not find an established community of permanent residents, but instead a flexible community of free souls, many of whom share a nomadic lifestyle. Once you join Resonancia Community, YOU are the community, whether it be for a week or for half a year.

25 Years of community exploration
In 2000, the project was founded by Achim. With the involvement of many traveling craftsmen, artists, and interested helpers, the place was created over more than a decade, always in the spirit of communal creativity and learning in action. The experiences of many years inspired a shift in the original focus of the project: from "Living creativity in sensual contact with nature" to "Providing inspiration and knowledge for setting up your life dream," evolving into an "Ecovillage Laboratory for the communal development of sustainable living concepts." This further transformed into an "ErosLab to explore and heal issues around Love and Sexuality," eventually leading to the development of the "Resonancia Community," a vision that combines all and turns it into a suitable offering for temporary coliving and coworking.

Agreements

Our community places a significant emphasis on a specific set of agreements that form the foundation of our human interactions. If you wish to join our community, you must commit wholeheartedly to our Agreements. We urge you to thoroughly read the detailed information provided to ensure a clear understanding of the principles that guide our community dynamics.
Children
You can not join our coliving with children. In rare occations we might invite for events that are child friendly. But mostly children can also not enter Valle de Sensaciones, as the place is generally sex-positive.
Internet
We have fiber internet at 600 Mbps in our coliving, which is accessible through wifi in the entire house, and also by LAN cable in our coworking space. The wifi is also directed to the village bar opposite side and towards working tables we can set up in outdoor areas. There is no internet access in Valle de Sensaciones.
Language
Our coliving community is bilingual English/Spanish. The held communication like talking stick circles is happening in English only. That's why a good level of English is needed. Still in our day by day, depending on the people present, Spanish might even be predominant. A good occasion to learn and practice Spanish language abilities.
Nudity
Our environment is clothing optional. Nudity is not expected, but is welcome in most places at any time. There can not be nudity in the communal kitchen, dining room and coworking space, of the Resonance Hub.
Short-Term Integration
Can I join for a short term? In our coliving community, we cultivate a protected space focused on deep human connection, trust-building, and ongoing co-creation. The minimum commitment required to join this process is 2 moon cycles. Exceptions may be made for those wishing to join for 1 moon cycle (28 days), but stays shorter than this are not permitted. For shorter visits, you are welcome to participate in our Ecovillage laboratory; however, this does not include access to our coliving houses or internal community meetings.
To settle
Even though our project focuses on hosting temporary living and experiences, we welcome like-minded people to settle in our local village and offer our support and future collaboration. There are many houses and plots of land available for sale at very low prices. However, before getting into details, we want to first experience a good connection and see a genuine interest in the local culture.
