Roles
- Core Facilitators – Guide participants and hold space throughout the journey.
- Nomad Facilitators – Join for specific phases, integrating for one week before stepping into facilitation.
- Resonators – Contribute through presence, occasional facilitation, and enriching the communal experience.
Financial Model & Contribution
- 50% of participant fees are shared among the facilitation team.
- Additional income through private sessions & offerings.
- Core Facilitators contribute €1,000 for their stay during the entire 3 months journey.
