In preparation for the training, please read all of the following important information:

 Timing:

  • Arrive on both days from 9:30. This gives time get familar with the space, take refreshment, do registration + payments, and meeting each other.

  • We will begin when all are present, otherwise no later than 10:10.

  • Both days will aim to finish sometime between 17:15 and 17:45.

  • For those registered only for the training, your participation ends when the session concludes. After that, the Resonance Hub becomes private again for its residents.
The communal flow likely continues in our Ecovillage Laboratory, with shared dinner, bonfire, and whatever the communal vibe inspires. If you wish to stay and join, please contact Wambui or Achim. The contribution for enjoying the Ecovillage Laboratory, dinner, drinks, and snacks is 20 €. Overnight stays may be possible with yearly membership and the full weekend fee - just ask if interested.

 Breaks and Meals:

  • Around 13:30 we will take a lunch break of about one hour. Lunch will be catered, and everyone is expected to wash their own dishes afterward.

  • We will take shorter breaks in the late morning and afternoon when we can enjoy teas and some snack. We invite the ones joining the community for the entire weekend and beyond, to take initiative and prepare some simple snacks beforehand. Participants from outside are encouraged to bring snacks.

  • For those staying the whole weekend, breakfast is not part of the training. We encourage communal breakfasts in the Ecovillage Laboratory, but everyone is responsible for eating in time and arriving well prepared.
And just to be clear, “the breakfast maker overslept” is not a valid excuse—your stomach won’t buy it, and neither will we! 😉

Preparation:

  • We will be doing exercises which are more engaging and useful if you have real-life issue(s) to work with.

  • So, think about any things that you have been struggling with, difficult conversations, something or someone bothering you, any aspects of your life which you’d prefer to be some other way.

  • Make a note of a couple to use for the day.

Things you might want to bring:

  • A pen and something to write in (notebook, journal).

  • A drink and snacks.

  • Payments for Donal’s teaching/facilitation.

  • Layers of clothing – we usually spend time outside.

  • Friends there are still plenty of spaces, and with more participants it’s more fun, transformative and encouraging for the growing supportive network… So, we’re really grateful if you share our website and Donals page www.donalgannon.com/resilient-together with your networks.

Looking forward to sharing this deep experience with you.
