With this table we manage the commitment of team members building the core of cycle crews.
In columns 'hosting', 'facilitation', 'gardening' and housemeister' you find team members who commit to assume the prioritary responsability of holding each area. It is crucial to be present during the immersion at the beginning and end of each cycle when the crew gets capacitated and responsibilities are getting passed over, than you can just leave the place when making sure your area is well held. We aime this to be covered at least 4 month in advance. Each team member might offer to cover 2 or even 3 areas. When distributing gained funds at the end of the season the early commitment will be taken into account.
In the column 'crew' you find participants and possibly also team members who signed up for co-holding the field during minimum one moon cycle (signup form). We aim to build crews of min. 6 to 8 participants during each moon cycle.
Hosting: Household coordination, people care, spaces.
Facilitation: Group dynamics, Activity coordination, Communication. Min. 2 needed, 3 during summer.
Garden: Gardens, trees, land, harvest, directing work exchange. High effort in spring and autumn.
Housemeister: Infrastructure, equipment, maintenance, directing work exchange. High effort in autumn and spring.
